Processing Times

All items are handmade by me in Cornwall, UK.

Ready-made items are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days.

Personalised and made-to-order items may take longer. Current lead times will be shown on the product listing where applicable.

If there is an unexpected delay, I will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

UK Shipping

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail or another suitable tracked delivery service.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email.

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to help.

Parcels are considered lost only after the carrier’s investigation period has been completed.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on selected items.

Customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, taxes or fees charged by their country.

I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Returns

I hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Where appropriate, I will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
